A wide variety to satisfy every palate, impeccable service and the best atmosphere that will make your stay a dream come true.

For gentlemen, shirts or T-shirts with sleeves and long pants or formal bermuda are required in all a la carte restaurants.
Alcoholic beverages are not sold to minors (drinking age – 18 years old). Guests staying at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa enjoy free access to all the bars and restaurants in the complex, except those located at The Royal Suites Yucatán by Palladium. Smoking is prohibited in all restaurants.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself and your investment in your vacation, and we do not usually allow any of our clients to travel without the purchase of at least medical insurance. The following are a selection of packages that we offer for this trip. However, if you have special needs please contact us for a specific quote. Passengers over 75 years of age may have to fill in a medical health questionnaire. We also offer a family plan, please contact us for details. Rates are based on the price of your package at the time of booking.

All-Inclusive Plan

This package provides insurance for medical, emergency hospital, and entire trip cancellation. It provides coverage for trip cancellation & interruption, loss or damage of baggage and personal effects, baggage delay and flight and travel accident insurance. Any out of pocket expense for medical or hospital needs is covered up to $10,000,000 per person.

Non-Medical Coverage:

This package provides insurance for those travelers who already have emergency out of country medical insurance coverage. The non medical package is available for single trips lasting up to 365 days. It provides coverage for trip cancellation & interruption, loss or damage of baggage and personal effects, baggage delay and flight and travel accident insurance.
