My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon in Antigua and Ansley has been incredible with us from start to finish.
The most important part of this review is how she handled the coronavirus situation. The pandemic was actually announced on the 5th day of our honeymoon which made us worry. She was very quick to respond when I messaged her and she listened to me freak out while remaining calm herself. She reassured us that she would be around if anything happens and that she'd let us know if there were any sudden announcements that would affect our flight home. I know she must have been working tirelessly with many other clients but I really did appreciate the time she took to chat with me. I had never used a travel agent before because I never thought it'd be necessary, but this whole experience has really changed my perspective. My husband and I talk all the time now about how lucky we were to have had a travel agent help navigate us.
In terms of the actual vacation, Ansley got us an incredible deal at the Sandals in Antigua! She was able to get us a Black Friday special with Sandals that included a bunch of complimentary gifts and it really made our honeymoon memorable. Because she was always so quick to respond, we were able to get a reservation before the sale was over.
I honestly can't recommend her enough! I am so impressed by her promptness and ability to remain calm in incredibly stressful situations, it really allowed us to enjoy our honeymoon despite all that was going on. Thanks again Ansley!
